At 2:05 PM, I resumed my duty at Filipiniana Books Section. I collated 10 books first. After that, I was asked to page titles and shelf books. I was able to page 24 titles and 19 shelves by 5:00 PM.

I was able to collate 45 books by 5:00 PM.

At 8:00 AM, I finally resumed my duty at the Technical Services of the University Archives. I was able to sort Boxes (in chronological order) 113, 120, 114, and some parts of 125 by 12:00 noon. But, I resumed for the last time at 1:00 PM where I finished sorting Boxes 125, 126, and some parts of 132 by 4:00 PM. That ended my duty at the University Archives.

After that, I consulted with my coordinator for twenty minutes before leaving my duty.

At 9:00 AM, I was supposed to resume my duty at the Technical Service of the University Archives. However, the head told me that the janitor who transacts archival boxes was absent. So, I was referred to the Information Services and Instruction Section. I entered there at 9:05 AM, After orientation, I started my duty at 9:50 AM by manning the Internet Counter. At 1:50 PM, I finished that part and I starting shelving and shelf-reading resources. I finished at 3:50 PM. So, I had a 5-minute break. At 3:55 PM, I started answering queries. While doing that, I signed up at Screencast to make a 1-2 minute video on Database/Library resources tutorial. I ended abriuptly at 5:55 PM.

Finally, Prof. Lagrama asked me to edit the brochure regarding Francisco Arcellana's centennial exhibit using Microsoft Publisher. Because of that, I exceeded time in Reference Service section by almost two hours. I ended at 10:20 AM. I was supposed to start at Technical Service shortly after, however the head was attending the book fair at that time.

I was not able to come in on time because I had to accomplish my concept paper for LIS 199. After consultation, I was able to come in at 2:15 PM. Since my reference service was almost done, I was oriented with scanning at the Filipiniana Section. Shortly after that, I started scanning documents ("The Forest School Catalogue 1916-1917 Announcement 1917-1918" and "College of Liberal Arts Catalogue 1916-1917 Announcement 1917-1918" for example). However, I was not able to finish scanning the second book by 5:00 PM.

However, I was not able to finish until 2:30 PM when I presented the bound book to Ms. Criselda D. Pabalan. Shortly after that, I was able transferred to Reference Service. By that, I was oriented first before immediately conducting references services such as lending services, all of which are theses and dissertations. In addition to that, I was asked to count the number of users and resources used at the University Archives and Record Depository for August 2016. I ended at 5:00 PM.
